Mind Environment

Wednesday 9th and Sunday 13th October 2019
Bardou, France

Are you a senior professional at a life transition point, and looking for a new challenge? Do you want to gain a better understanding of the choices that will inform the next phase of your life? Are you wondering how you might contribute to making the world a better place?

Designed and led by experienced psychologists, Mind Environment is an immersive experiential programme that takes place in Bardou, a remote 16th Century village in the Languedoc mountains that’s a world of its own, free from modern distractions.

Over the course of four days and five nights of pared back mountain living, and through a combination of facilitated group discussions and outdoor activities, Mind Environment provides layered opportunities for you to explore in depth how you relate to the world around you.

Through this exploration, we hope that you will leave the programme with a clearer understanding of:

• How you function, and the choices you make
• The forces that shape your interactions with others
• Your purpose and direction in the world, and how you might contribute to making it a better place
